We ensure that hotel employees  from housekeeping and kitchen staff to front desk and management  enjoy safe working conditions, equal opportunities, and respect at every level. Through collective bargaining, legal support, and continuous training, CHODAWU helps members strengthen their skills, improve service delivery, and achieve decent work for all. Our goal is to build a fair and sustainable hospitality industry where workers’ contributions are valued as the foundation of Tanzania’s tourism success.
